Shipping & Delivery

All orders are sent via Australia Post unless otherwise pre arranged by the customer.  

We endeavour to get your orders in the post within days of order completion. Processing times can be up to 2 weeks from date of order. 

Postage days are usually Monday,Wednesday and Friday, but can change due to many reasons. Please keep in mind we are in a rural area and postage can take longer to get to you than usual.

Up to 1kg - $10

1kg + - $16 

Large orders - Large orders will be quoted and adjusted prior to commencement. 

This is a tracked Australia post parcel and can be followed using the tracking number emailed to you when your order is posted. Courier quotes may be used for bulk orders and will be quoted and invoiced prior to shipping. 

We do not offer express postage at this stage. If your order is urgent, please contact us for more information and the possibility to rush your order.    RUSH order fees may apply.

Pick up is available in Lithgow NSW and its surrounding regions. For information on how to check out and select this option, please contact us before you place your order so this can be arranged.

Local delivery is avalibale for customers in the Lithgow area. Please contact us before ordering to discuss. Bulk order deliveries can also be arranged to events.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES can vary greatly depending on the service selected, the destination of the parcel and the season ( eg, public holidays, Christmas etc) so please be mindful of that.
